Color themes, new messages, messaging...

Hi,

we have just moved to Zimbra and I want to ask a few questions concerning the mail client:

1. How can I change the color theme of my Zimbra (I mean the way I see it, not everybody else in the organization)?
2. Is there any "New message" notification in Zimbra? I want to know when a new mail is in the box.
3. Is there "instant messaging" built in the Zimbra client? Don't tell me that I have to wait for Zimbra 5.0.

Go to your Options page and change the skin.

2. Is there any "New message" notification in Zimbra? I want to know when a new mail is in the box.

Depends what you use for your operating system. There's the Toaster for Windows and FF pop-up for Linux - search the forums.

3. Is there "instant messaging" built in the Zimbra client? Don't tell me that I have to wait for Zimbra 5.0.!

You'll have to wait for Zimbra version 5.0
