ToDo requirements of a large corporation / pls vote for 18626

The CTO of this large corporation said "if there is a
solution which does offer the following features out
of the box, we are very soon going to replace Exchange"...

ToDo

Writing all ToDo's on a list. To every note(ToDo) of that list,
it should be possible to:

- add a priority (1 to 3)
- colorate entries/text
- assign to a person/group (delegation)
- assign to a project
- assign/terminate to a week/month/year to be done
- assign as business-ToDo or private-ToDo (and sort)
- assign as (longterm) personal goals
- a task-number is automatically assigned upon opening a task, but this
number is hidden by default (but could be made visible on request)
- replicate recurring ToDo's to the following weeks/month/years

- daìly ToDo's and daily calendar-appointments should appear on the same
page/sheet (this is very important) !!


ToDo-list - fields

- ToDO-description
- done (if the ToDo is not acomplished, it will be automatically moved
to the next day)
- priority
- expected/planned time to accomplish
- effectively required time
(a time-counter should be manually turned on or off in order
to count the time spent on a certain task)
- location (were to be done)

Tasks

- Adding anonymously comments to a task should not be possible, instead the
email-address of the originator/editor should be visible (no we don't intend
to use ZSC as a trouble-ticket-system, but for us it seems to be very
important to know what person did add what text into a "Zimbra-Task")
- adding a file(attachment) to a task
- renaming attachments within the task-windows should be possible
- asap a file/attachment belongs to a task, the file/attachment should be
eraseable on it' s original location (e.g. user desktop)

If you we're to search bugzilla like this:

You would have found a bunch of the 'tasks' RFE's addressing things in you've asked for, many of which are already in/resolved or going to be in the next 5.0beta

I understand where you made 3 separate bugs, but in the forums it would have been more appropriate to make one thread entitled something like "Things I'd like to see implemented in Tasks" etc.

That being said, I've loved the ideas in your RFE's/Threads of the past;
especially the auto-expiration of accounts, quick templates, comments on scheduled sending, etc - keep posting!
