Unhappy Resolucion Inversa

Hola,

Tengo instalado Zimbra 7 en Ubuntu 10.04 y hasta el momento me funcionaba en prueba sin problemas, ahora han pasado unos días y llego como spam.

tengo un servicio externo que me administra los DNS, el servidor esta directamente conectado con ip fija.

Lo que pude apreciar esque me puso en una lista negra por el siguiente error:

Reverse DNS: [No reverse DNS entry per ns.gtdinternet.com.]
ns.gtdinternet.com es el dns pero de mi proveedor de internet
los llame y me dijeron que ellos no hacian la resolucion inversa y que la tengo que hacer yo.

Mi proveedor Dns tampoco la hace.
ahora mi pregunta es si la tengo que hacer yo y como la hago ?
por favor si alguien me puede ayudar para no quedar en listas negras y
me maten mis colegas.

The people that do your reverse DNS is your ISP, there is nobody else that can do it.

Yo pedi a mi isp, pero aun no tengo respuesta, hay alguna solución alternativa ?

No, there is no alternative - the ISP owns the IP address and they are responsible for the reverse DNS.

Muchas Gracias por tu respuesta,
otra consulta si no fuera molestia,
si quiero agregar mas dominios tambien tengo que configurar el reverse para el o solo con uno funciona ok ?

No, you don't need any other reverse DNS for additional domains. It's only necessary for the IP address that the server is on and the domain which is the primary domain on the server.

I forgot to mention earlier, while you're waiting for a resolution to this problem you should be able to relay your email through your ISPs mail server. That will ensure you don't get on any RBs or blacklists. The configuration for this is in the Admin UI, if you need to authenticate your server then follow these instructions in the wiki: Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki
