Operations logged to /tmp/zmsetup.01252011-212301.log
Installing LDAP configuration database...done.
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException localhost:389)
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException localhost:389)
Setting defaults...ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException localhost:389)
done.
Setting defaults from existing config...done.
Checking for port conflicts
Port conflict detected: 80 (zimbra-store)
Port conflict detected: 443 (zimbra-store)
Port conflicts detected! - Any key to continue

despues me daba este error :

prov> ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: ZimbraLdapContext) (cause: javax.naming.CommunicationException localhost:389)

al final termino la instalacion , pero no arranca , compruebo con el comando
zmcontrol status
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

al final no corre la version instalada , compruebo los puertos 7071 y no esta corriendo

les paso el log de instalacion a ver que puedan chkar y ver que puede estar pasando en la instalacion

The error above is most likely caused by not having correct DNS A & MX records and an incorrect /etc/hosts file. Go to the Split DNS article
and follow the instructions there, you an check the configuration by running the commands in the 'Verify....' section.

well , I have the apache server running , could this be the error? , But don't I understand something zimbra it requires Apache server running or do I have that remove?

I already make the changes in the DNS but does it continue failing the installation I always have problems with Java and Ldap, is there something that you me this forgetting to install?

chk again please http://www.netsoluciones.com/zmsetup.log

No, zimbra doesn't require the Apache web server to be running and you should disable it.

Then you need to post the output of all the commands from the 'Verify...' section of the Split DNS article.
What is the specification of the server you're running this install on (specifically, how much RAM)? Is it real hardware or a VM, if it's a VM which hypervisor is it?

You haven't posted the output of all of the commands from that section of the article. Do you actually have a firewall running on this server?

I check de port but is not full open

netstat -an | grep 7071

Please post the output from all the commands in the 'Verify..' section of the Split DNS article so I can confirm everything is set-up correctly.

What does the output of the following show:

Code:
zmcontrol status
Is SElinux disabled on this server? Restart Zimbra and see what errors there are in the log files.
