I've noticed on our install (6.0.16) that when a person shares their calendar with another person, appointments on the shared calendar that were not organized by the owner (ie, appointments they were...
I have a domain in zimbra populated with accounts. Let's pretend the domain is called "zimbra.company.com." I'm now ready to migrate these users to a new domain on the server, which is called...
My biggest gripe with conversation view is that it spans across all my folders. Due to the way I filter and share my folders, that means for every message in my inbox I see two other copies.
Is...
Thanks! I'll keep my eyes peeled when we upgrade to 6.
I have a request from our users to be able to modify a meeting (add notes, fix spelling errors) without sending an e-mail notification to all the invitees.
Sure, if you're going to change the time...
I decided to try the 6.0 beta, and something seems to have gone wrong.
Here's the behavior - during startup:
Starting logger...Done.

This is ostensibly fixed in 5.0.16 (yet to be released).
Bug 31489 – CalDAV: Unable to send invitation with iCal when the account was setup using an alias.
Is there a way to prevent appointment invitations from showing up automatically?
I have some users who doesn't want random .ics attachments creating appointments on their calendar. Instead, they...
I'm about to open a case. It's more prevalent than that -- if you delete an appointment in iCal that has attendees, it will cause the never-ending-spinning-gear on your sync.
We're seeing this with our install, too. Quite frustrating.
We ran across this, and I believe I've narrowed down the behavior to respecting the Canonical Address field. I've submitted the below bug.
Bug 31421 – Reply All behavior does not respect...
Fantastic. However:
# To update the postfix configuration files.
* zmmtainit
# To update amavis config files.
* zmmtaconfig amavis
We're also experiencing this at our site.
Nothing? Nobody else has wanted to do this?
Apologies if this is daft, but I haven't been able to find a setting that accomplishes this.
Is there a way to limit the web client's Conversation view to the selected mailbox? I have a complex...
Hm. Am I the only one who's tried to do this? That seems odd, given Zimbra's distribution list setup is hardly a replacement for a mailing list system like mailman.
Anybody?
I have a problem I'm trying to solve. Let me paint you a picture:
I work at example.com. All of our e-mail addresses are foo@example.com. The Mail Exchanger for example.com is an SMTP relay...
Hi. I've voted for the bugs mentioned, and the flexible alarm schedule bug is quote old -- is there any word on the progress on this? My users are going to have my head if this stuff isn't resolved...
Don't apply the OS X 10.4.10 update if you haven't already. I've confirmed in tests with our install using the current releases of ZCS and the iSync connector that syncs will fail under 10.4.10.

If I read that correctly, it will prevent me from receiving a duplicate of a message if I BCC: myself.
I actually *want* to receive a copy of a message I send (for various reasons). What I'm...
I'm a longtime cyrus user, and have switched to Zimbra for a number of reasons. Our site has a growing Zimbra install, and I'm hoping it's going to supplant Exchange at some point, but in order for...
Can anyone think of a reason the iSync connector on one of my user's computers is forgetting the password? He's running the latest version, and he's the only user with this problem that I know of. ...
Actually, that didn't work for me, since our domain authenticates against AD, and the location doesn't have an AD account.
But I found a way, and I'll share it here in case someone else runs into...
It seems to me this must be a trivial thing to do, but I just cannot find out how to do it.
I have a calendar (that is not a location or resource) that I want to auto-accept appointment...
