We upgraded from 3.0.1 -> 3.1, and TLS in SMTP stopped working. In the web console "Use TLS Auth only" is not checked.

When this setting is checked, both TLS and non-TLS SMTP connections...

We had 2 other failures in the past 3 moths with the same version/environment - M2, but didnt seem related to an OutOfMemoryError
