You can also set NOD v4 to exclude the http traffic from your zimbra server as it comes down as http /s. We found in the past that this sped up the mail performance in outlook with nod.

basically you loose the sharing functionality, GAL, etc.. and go back to simple mail and calendaring etc.. for whichever account you set to as POP or IMAP.
There may be a way in zimbra...

Outlook only allows you to have one MAPI account.
So you would have to make one of them POP3 or IMAP, or just have 2 outlook profiles.
