I am not sure how to access to freshclam coredump. But from freshclam.log, I noticed freshclam were not able to make connection to clamv server, thus failed to load...

Do you experience frequent exit of slap and freshclam service?

Although on freshclam case doing nothing on zimbra server but a failed on slapd brought mail server down and must be restarted.
