Sometimes asking helps me to think:
1. added domain xyz.org
2. added alias for each user: userid@xyz.ca of user_name@xyz.org
Now tbird+lightning sees availability for userid@xyz.ca when I type...

I would like to see your script too please, we need to share a users calendar on account creation.
