Dear veronica, my server (zcs 7.2 on centos 5.3 ) now acting like this all mails incoming and outgoing are deferred. And i can't telnet to 10052 ports ..
I was upgrading from zcs 7.0 to 7.2 and this...

I've solved the problem. Re-installing over existing ...
All user now able to read their email on web client.

Simply re-installing will solve your problems.

I have this problem too, after doing upgrading from zcs 7.0 to zcs 7.2.
I'm using Centos 5.3 32 bit.
An now all my user will have to use Thunderbird, Outlook or reading their email on mobile dev,...

Update : My problems are solved !
The steps are :

1. I've started to delete many directory on /opt/zimbra like openldap-xx-xx , openssl, ssl ..
2. i do upgrade with zcs...
