I would assume it's embedding sounds for IM events, in Firefox the default plugin for embedded sounds is Quicktime.
That has fixed it, though I should note that the entries I had came straight from the wiki page on LDAP/Samba integration and were the same ones that worked fine on 4.5.x.
I've stuck slapd.conf and slapd.conf.in as well as the entire contents of the schema directory in a tgz and attached it to the case.
Thanks
If I was to check my firewall rules and make sure...
Done. It generated 7.5MB worth of data in 15 seconds, so if the information isn't in there I have no idea where it could be...
Zipped and attached to my case.
Memtest86+ is your friend. Let that run, if you manage to go a day without seeing red it's not the memory.
Otherwise, it'll give you some addresses which will be useful in figuring out which...
Something to note would be that as far as I've seen Zimbra does not yet work properly on 10.5.
I can't wait until it does, since we are probably picking up a nice Mac Pro equipped to run as a...
It seems the config value was ldap_log_level, but that was easy enough to figure out.
Anyways, while I'm pretty decent with SQL I couldn't do more than guess at LDAP, so here's the nice wall of...
Just a point of clarification, this would prevent you from getting in to the official Debian repositories, but it would not in any way stop you from operating your own Debian repo. You might even be...
Just did that, posted the debug log to the case. Nothing in Firebug error-wise.
OK, the popup blocker was what got me.
Since there's a lot of info in there that I don't exactly want to share with the public, I've stuck it all in a file and attached it to my support case...
That gets me nothing new. It stalls at the loading screen just like before, no new data displayed. Since it's HTTPS I can't even capture with wireshark and expect to get anything useful.

The plot thickens...
When any user tries to add a signature, we get a very similar error.

Same thing even after pulling the zimbra_samba and zimbra_posixaccount addins and restarting the whole thing. I'm opening a case.

No, my account is a full administrator.
I have encountered the domain admin bug in the past when I was still on 4.5.7, but the user I was trying to assign domain admin privs could just as easily...
After reluctantly following the advice I received to first put 4.5.7 (the version of my old box) on my new machine before upgrading to 5.0.2, I have almost everything working but I can not get in to...
As I said in my first reply, if you download via HTTP and get a corrupt file, grab the torrent and save on top of it. The file will be fixed with only the corrupted parts redownloaded.
Torrents...
I have seen both of those, I was hoping it was possible to do more of a one-shot thing where I install 5.0.2 on the new box and then just copy over the data or something like that rather than having...
I currently have ZCS 4.5.7 NE on a repurposed desktop running Ubuntu 7.04 (would be using LTS but it does not support our Intel Pro/1000 NIC). I'm going to be moving it to a new machine running on a...
Here's a fully successful download and extraction with MD5sum at the end.
sharlow@diablo:~$ wget http://files.zimbra.com/downloads/5.0.2_GA/zcs-5.0.2_GA_1975.DEBIAN4.0.20080130234700.tgz...
That makes sense. RAM is probably the most critical part to get right in any computer, as a bad CPU tends to show itself in a quite noticable manner where RAM can cause all kinds of subtle problems...
md5sum the file and post it here. I'm sure someone can confirm whether your copies are correct.
I'd guess that you have something flaky on your end and might want to try the torrent download,...
No. The current password is hashed, so there's no way to extract that and convert it in to a NT hash. It's a good thing from a security perspective, but it makes things like this a bit of a pain.

Now that I have Samba and a domain working, the next step is secure remote access for the employees. I'm hoping that someone has already done this and can give me some pointers, rather than me...
I see no reason that won't work. The only possibly complication would be if the user tried to fire off a badly designed UNIX app that expected /home/<user>, but based on the way you've described...
