Removing the IPv6 lines gives me the same result. I have tried both including the 192.168.80.5 line and without, restarting zimbra in between.

Should it be:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.80.1 mail.example.com mail

or:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.80.1 mail.example.com...

The test seems OK to me, though:
