Yes that was set to 10MB also so set to 100MB and now all ok.

Rebooted server, still doesn't work!
I am using imapsync to copy mail from old system onto Zimbra.
I have a couple of users with attachments greater than 10MB.
I have set zmprov mcf zimbraFileUploadMaxSize 100000000 (that's 100MB)...
Not a problem...
AFAIK, Ubuntu is just a fork of Debian.
If that is the case, what are the main differences?
Just thought I'd let you all know that I've just installed the Network Edition of Zimbra on Debian Etch.
I used the Ubuntu version, with the manual overide switch...
./install.sh...
