In the folder /etc/rc0.d and /etc/rc6.d I see S89zimbra that causes error for readonly filesystem, IMHO in this runlevels this link is useless. Is this a bug or I'm wrong ?

vtiger access key is a key you can find in your preferences tab in vtiger.
To configure the crm url you have to edit the zimlet's xml config file
then run zmzimletct configure ...

I just uploaded the current zimlet code to sourceforge.
