Same question here. I have the same problem. After upgrade from 5.0.11 to 6.06. mailbox can not start. "zmmailboxdctl is not running". Will re-run upgrade solve the problem?

I tried redeploy from /opt/zimbra/zimlets-extra. worked fine. these is a com_zimbra_tracking.zip file in /opt/zimbra/zimlets which has older time stamp. I think that's the wrong file.

Put your mail server in DMZ zone or config NAT and public service from public IP to private IP. You might need two DNS (one for public one for internal).
