Should I upgrade to 5.0.23 first? and then 5.0.23 to 6.0.6?

Same question here. I have the same problem. After upgrade from 5.0.11 to 6.06. mailbox can not start. "zmmailboxdctl is not running". Will re-run upgrade solve the problem?
I tried redeploy from /opt/zimbra/zimlets-extra. worked fine. these is a com_zimbra_tracking.zip file in /opt/zimbra/zimlets which has older time stamp. I think that's the wrong file.
