I changed postfix config(file master.cf.in) to only listen port 587 for mail submission, everything is ok send/receive etc.. only problem now is reject_rbl_client fails to connect to any RBL server....

I think your new IP address is blacklisted by spamhaus.org, check for deslist.
If i send emails from my @hotmail.com account to my zimbra server email account and then check emails headers its show as:
Received: from blu0-omc4-s24.blu0.hotmail.com (unknown [XXX.XX.64.1])
