OK, I think I figured this out, for my specific needs.
Recapping, I wanted to achieve just this one feature of "Discussion Forum/List" management, (which I used to have in majordomo on my old email...

Well, that worked OK for the first recipient's reply to the message sent to the list, but subsequent recipients' replies are addressed to the sender, and not the list, for whatever reason.

Created minor bug report 21667, and attached a screenshot, there.
No biggie, though: workaround is to use Firefox as my browser for Zimbra Wiki pages.
