    try installing a new instance of zimbra, then check crontab to see if it's populated (crontab -e to edit)

    Then, stop zimbra and overwrite install with previous data

    Thank you for your reply, I reinstalled Zimbra and created new crontab (problem was missing crontab) after posting the last infos.
