Unfortunately Zimbra 8 open source edition does not have internal IM build in. Only Zimbra 8 Network Edition has this new feature which they call it “unified communications” is a Cisco component....

Dont remove Internal IM Well....i guess us majority who would like to keep this feature intact, don’t have any say. It just drives me :mad: crazy Zimbra took their time and resources to install new modules like social...
