Problem with Motorolas and Exchange account

I'm experiencing a similar issue, but with Motorolas and Exchange account. Android Bionic - worked fine with Gingerbread OS, but with update to Ice Cream Sandwich, no longer able to reply to messages without losing original message (even though it shows up when typing reply and default checkbox to include previous message is checked). Same thing for an Android Razr M with both Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean. All emails, contacts and calendar sync without problem. Any thoughts?

Switch to another mail client? Moxier for example, its available in Google Play.
