Updated to 7.1.3 Patch 1 - Droid Email Full Download Issue

It may be a coincidence, however the day after we upgraded to 7.1.3 Patch 1, we can no longer get full messages on our Droid phones.

On the phones, when you click "Get full message", the error is "unable to fetch message body from server."

Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_64_20110928134534 RHEL5_64 NETWORK edition.
Motorola Droid 2 Global, Android 2.3.3 / 4.5.608.A956.Verizon.en.US, standard mail app 2.3.3 with Corporate Email setup

I believe I am seeing this issue as well, although I have not reviewed any server-side logs yet...just noticed the problem a few days ago. Select "Get Full Message", "Loading..." for a minute or so, then errors out with "Unable to fetch message body from server".

I would be happy to review logs and post further information if someone could direct me to their exact location.

I am going to upgrade to the 7.1.4 package that I just stumbled upon this morning, and see if the problem (and a few other minor ones) gets resolved. I will post the results later. If still not fixed, I will submit a support case, and/or submit a bug request.

We, too, just upgraded from 7.1.1.P3 to 7.1.3.P1 and we have a user reporting this problem as well, so we're interested in how 7.1.4 will affect this.

Has anyone started a bug on it yet?

The last two times I have had this issue, the problem went away in the next patchset. However, since this is round three of this same problem with me, I am hoping that we can identify this issue. It needs to be figured out and stay resolved. Zimbra should know that it is paramount that they work with Droid if they want to continue to have advocates in the business space.

I do have a trouble ticket opened on this and I sent them updated examples and logs yesterday. I hope I hear from them soon.

Let me know if the 7.1.4 makes any improvement.
