Interesting issue with htc hd2

Hi all.. I was able to get my hd2 with windows mobile to download email using the native email application by setting up my account via the AOL option and by port forwarding of imap to the zimbra foss box.

But i got some issues .

First one is that my sent mail isnt sending a copy of the sent mail to the server and its only syncing the info in my inbox.

In the pass i have tried to setup z-push and funambol but found them a bit troublesome to setup and maintain.

Is it that i have no choices but to use either z-push or funambol?? or can my problem be solved.
