Can I sync everyday from Zimbra Web to my Blackberry or Iphone contacts?? and calendars???

If you're using Outlook with the NE of Zimbra, then you can use the BlackBerry Desktop to sync.

And, your IPhone can use the ActiveSync built into it. If you're using the OSE (Open Source Edition), then you'll need to install a 3rd party application for your IPhone, BlackBerry isn't supported.
