Default Blackberry issues with Zimbra

Hello,

We have recently installed Zimbra and are experiencing problems with our Blackberry devices using IMAP. We are able to send email but we are not able to receive any email on the Blackberry devices.

We are using a signed SSL certificate and not a commercial one. Would this be an issue. I am able to send and receive email on my droid but we are having problems with receiving email on our Blackberry devices.

If you have any insight into this issue please let me know.

Thanks,
Josh

I have the same issue. Could anyone give me some insight how to resolve this issue?

My client Blackberry version is : Blackberry 9630 v. 5.0.0.975 (bundle 1600, platform 4.2.0.424)

Zimbra NE version is 7.1.2 64bit running under CENTOS 5.6

I used AstroSync for syncing BB with Zimbra.

Clients complained it is running slow.

so, I configured BB to download emails by IMAP and let AstroSync sync Calendars/Contacts only.

BB could not download emails by IMAP, but it can send emails using the same email server.

Please help.
