Default iPhone/Activesync Folders

I'm having troubles find any info about seeing my folders (subfolders?) on my iPhone. Specifically, I want to see Shared folders. I only see...

Inbox, Sent, Trash, Chats, Drafts, Junk

What do I need to do to see my other folders? Or is this a known issue?

Thanks!

First of all you need to update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

Next, you need to give some details about how you're connecting to the Zimbra server and which iPhone and which version of the operating system you're using.

Ok. I'm assuming that if you want that information that this is not regular behaviour. Good.

It is showing this behaviour on both my iPhone 3G and my boss' iPhone 4 running iOS 4.1. It's connecting using the Exchange ActiveSync account type and securely remote connecting to a Zimbra server on port 8002.

I don't think Shared folders of any kind are visible via ActiveSync. This is an issue with the ActiveSync protocol as specified by Microsoft, not an issue with Zimbra per se. See for example Bug 30950 – iphone: sync with shared contacts and calendars (although that's focused on contacts & calendars).

If you use IMAP for email, you will see shared folders. Same if you use CalDAV for calendar. There's basically no harm in configuring ActiveSync alongside IMAP/CalDAV, other than using some more storage on your iPhone (and cluttering your interface).
