Funambol = STRESS

Hi all..

I am at my ends wit with this...I have followed this:

Open Source Mobile Calendar and Contact Synchronization - Zimbra :: Wiki

but i am stuck at ./install-modules i am getting the following error :

[war]error while reading original manifest: error in opening zip file
Build Failed
/opt/funambol/ds-sever/install/tomcat60.xml:171: problem opening /opt/Funambol/ds-server/output/funambol-server.war


there are no errors in the log file... anyone who has funambol working can you help !!!
