    Default Empty mail when forwarding on mobile panel

    Hello,
    I've got a problem while forwarding mail while logged in mobile panel: Forwarded mail contains only fields 'From' and 'To' without original message text.
    You got any idea how can i fix it?

    Did you ever find the solution to this? I recently upgraded from ZCS Opensource 6.0.10 to 7.1.0. I was having complaints from users that when using the mobile page to reply or forward and email, the previous message was not included. I thought this would be resolved when upgrading but it hasn't.

    I am now using the following release and it does the same. How can I check what the problem could be? Include orignal message is selected on Preferences page and it works ok on the ajax interface.

    Release 7.1.0_GA_3140.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.

    Any help would be great.

    i have the same problem but not with all users :-(
    same problem with "forward", "reply" and "reply all"
    any solutions?

    We have just discoverd this with activesync on android devices 4 different zimbra servers same issue, user receives email on their android based device, replies to the email, the orignal sender sees "user name wrote:" then blank. we have tested the same accounts on iphone with no issues all email is there. we have also tested the same phones with exchange 2010 accounts again no issues, so the issue appears to be strictly with android phones, in our case using active sync, and replies are missing.

    The standard exchange client in android 3 behaves this way. On android 4 it finally works, including the original message in fwd and reply.
    Either upgrade or switch to a market client...

    Upgrade is not always an option. the message is actually there.. hidden, only can see it if you "show original" seems to do with the encoding ?

    We have the same problem. On Andriod phones (Samsung Note), when replying email using Zimbra as Exchange Account, recipients will receive blank or crop off email. However, when right-click to show original, the complete content is still inside.

    If using forward instead of reply, recipients will be able to receive the complete email content. Thus, the problem only happen when using reply on Samsung Andriod Phone thru Exchange Account.

    Wonder if this is Andriod or Samsung bug. Previously it was confirmed to be Samsung bug: https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=60480

    After dealing with zimbra support they have created a bug Log in to Bugzilla please vote for it.. i hate telling customers go buy Iphones!!
