HTC Droid Incredible won't send mail

Running ZCS 6.0.4

Verizon Droid's send and receive fine, but the HTC Droid Incredible will receive, sync contacts and calendars, but will not send mail. Outgoing mail gets stuck in the Out folder.

Bug 41145 – Support for HTC "Work Email" Android app for ActiveSync states that it is fixed in 6.0.7. Is this correct and when will 6.0.7 be released?

I believe I read in the road map sometime this week? Coincidentally i think its releasing on 6-7
