I'm just wondering if there has been any progress on getting Calendar sync to work. I currently use activesync just fine for my details but would like to be able to access shared calendars. Read only would be fine.

Any news on the timetable for introduction of two-way sync or the new version?
    Good work btw!

    Hi,

I would love to tell you all that it will be ready in a few days, but I already took that risk a few times ago and I was really mistaken.
By the way, we're working on the new release and we don't need to much time to complete, the problem is that we don't have such time to spend on it by now so I just can ask you people for more patience, be sure I'll announce it as soon as we're ready.

I just came across this post so I'm sorry if this has been asked before.
I just LVContacts on my HTC Hero and it appears to sync, I get no errors, I see the connection being established on the Zimbra Server but no contacts show up on my address book on my phone.
I tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling as well as clearing the date for my contacts storage.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Be sure to select the Zimbra groups in your contact manager, I don't know why but some contact managers don't select every contact groups as default, you have to select them to show up.

You misunderstood me, I wasn't talking about a "Zimbra" option in your contact manager.
After sync, you should have new groups in your contact manager, those groups are your Zimbra address books (as a minimum, you should see 2 groups : "Contacts" and "Emailed contacts").
Some contact managers don't display as a default the contacts from other groups than the defaults ones so, if your sync works and you don't see your new contacts, you should go in your contact manager settings ans make sure your new groups are selected for display.

It's now April. What's up with LVsync? Not having calendar sync on Zimbra OS is the only major disadvantage about my new Andriod phone. The iPhone Caldav app worked perfectly (and 2 way). I am dismayed there is NO way to do this with Andriod.
