Blackberry Appointments are 1hr early

We are using Zimbra (Release 6.0.4_GA_2038.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition) and the Funambol connector. When we create an appointment on our Blackberrys they show up correctly on our Zimbra Calendars. However, when we create an appointment on Zimbra they show up an hour earlier on our Blackberrys. I've checked Time Zone's on the server, zimbra, and blackberrys and they are all set the same.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem and know how to fix it?

SOLVED
I found this under the device settings in Funambol Administrator. After I set this for each Blackberry the problem has stopped.

Are you syncing maill on the BBs too?

If so could you let me know what your config is like; I can't get my head around it!

Yes, I'm syncing email too. Are you looking for the config on the BB or the server?
