The Palm Pre isn't an officially
supported device for Zimbra, yet. That will be included in the upcoming
Zimbra 6.0.6, I'd suggest you install that when it's available and re-test your phone with that version. If the problem still exists then raise a support case (I'm assuming you are an NE customer?).
