Blackberry Astrasync problem.

Hey guys!

We are having trouble with a blackberry storm syncing contacts with Zimbra. When changes are made in the address book of zimbra web client those changes aren't being synced to the blackberry storm. The astrasync software is set to sync "Email, Contacts, Calandar" but it only seems like the email is the only thing being synced. Has anyone had similar issues?

Any errors in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log when the BB connects ?

Initially when I had him do a manual sync the was a some sort of " Contacts failed to sync", "Select okay to retry" after selecting ok to retry is goes back to the inbox but there wasnt any change in contacts...
