is there a option, to get the community edition and synchronisation with an iPhone for free?

Yes, you can connect your phone via an IMAP account and get your mail synchronised. If, as I suspect, you mean full synchronisation with Calendar Contacts and mail then there is no option to do that in Zimbra other than in the Network Edition. You could do it on the OSS version with some extra software, search the forums for the word 'funambol'.

Yes,

you could use Z-PUSH (google for zimbra and z-push there is a development project on SF) for syncing Mail (works well) and addresses (New I have not tested). Calendar works right out of the box via CALDAV!
