Do you still have all the other standard config entries at the top of the config.php file - before the Backend Sections ?

Do you have a /backend/ folder in your z-push base folder ?
Does it have the correct permissions set on it ?
Did you put the zimbra backend files into the /backend/ folder ?

I am still getting the issue saying: Cannot Get Mail: The connection to the server failed.

However every once in awhile it will download the email. This is on an iPad 2 running iOS5. I have downloaded the new zimbra.php file but still have this issue. I am also using an Andriod and do not have this issue at all. My iPad 2 is only connected via Wifi. But I have my Andriod connected via Wifi and off the carrier as well and it works just fine.

Any idea's why this is happening?

As I have mentioned before it is a common problem with wi-fi connections.

Most devices have a sleep policy that shuts off wi-fi and this breaks the connection. When the wi-fi restarts, even if just a couple of seconds later, the device has to start a new connection. Android tends to keep wi-fi active for longer after screen-off, or even not sleep at all, so it is less prone to issues.

In this scenario you will often see Session Id changed messages in the log as the device keeps starting new sessions.

In general it is not a good idea to have more than one device in push mode against an account. If you do it will often result in your Web Client session also getting reset all the time.

Try your iPad in 5 or 10 minute polling instead.

What you can sync depends on your device.

I believe the Apple client will allow you to subscribe to almost all folders - I think you press the edit button when you are in the folder listing if I remember right. If not google for the right way.

Android does not have subscription management as yet.

Have you selected Sync for the folders ?

Again, I'm going from memory here - so I might be a little off. But you go into folders, then manage folders, then show all folders, then select each folder in turn, and press Sync. You should see a little sync symbol added to the bottom corner of the folder icon. Then go to Send/Receive or Synchronize.

    Hope that helps.

From within Outlook Mobile (Inbox or whatever folder)
Right soft key (menu) - Folders
then right soft key again I think -manage folders,
then right soft key again I think show all folders - it toggles between show all folders/show sync folders.
then highlight each folder in turn, and press Sync.
You should see a little sync symbol added to the bottom corner of the folder icon.
Then go to Send/Receive or Synchronize. (you might need to go back to Inbox or another folder to do this)

I have a WM 6.5 phone in the office. I can look tomorrow. But, you should be able to find the correct sequence of options to get there.
