Entourage/Apple Mail - How do they connect?

Hi,

We're migrating from Exchange 2000 to Zimbra and I can't seem to find the answer to an obvious question. How to Mac users get their email using Entourage or Apple Mail? Are they just using IMAP OR POP?

Also, how do I get my users' data who have been using Entourage for years from Entourage to Zimbra? If I move the data via IMAP, the Received Date gets reset to today.

Any help is appreciated.

Setting up Zimbra on your MAC mail or Entourage ...yes it needs to be set up as IMAP.

I as well would REALLY like to know HOW to get my previous Entourage emails to my Zimbra Client and it appears that the only answer I see is for hard core technicians. Please Anyone simplify this for a normal Entourage user coming off Exchange and migrating to Zimbra.
