Question Importing personal calender from outlook and others

I was migrating a test account from Outlook 2003 to Zimbra earlier today via the Outlook Import Wizard. It all went well excepet that nothing on the calender was imported. Is there a way to import the personal calenders from Outlook?

Also, when migrating the mailboxes, is there a way to change the setting so that the same message or contact would be overwritten (so there won't be any duplicates)?

Thanks!

Can you tell us which version of PST Import Wizard you are using?

In the Wizard, you can choose to ignore items that have already been migrated. The earlier migration logs are deleted on successful migration if the check-box "Delete all log files including logs to resume an import" is selected.

I saw the "ignore previous imports" now. Thank you!

I am using the NE. Is the wizard supposed to migrate my calender appointments when I select "migrate meeting organized by me" and "migrate private appointments"? (I have done so but for some reason nothing was imported. Maybe I have done something wrong).

Thanks.

By default, all calendar data should get migrated.

If you select "migrate private appointments" then appointments that have 'private' flag set will also get migrated.

Can you provide more information on appointments not getting migrated. Please upload the log file and inform about the version you are using for migration.

Manish
