Sam,

Here is the information you requested. This affects all word .doc files and most .pdf files that are attached to emails imported through the wizzard.

I'm currently having the same problem. I installed Zimbra Network Edition 4.5.6 on Ubuntu 6.10 this weekend and ran the Exchange Migration Wizard version 4.5.6.

When I try to open a Word document that was migrated, I get the error "Word experienced an error trying to open the file. Try these suggestions: check permissions for the document or drive; make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space; open the file with text recovery converter."

I've had a few users experiencing the same problem. How do I fix this?

Take care,
Mike

Hi,

it seems that we experienced this bug when we migrated to Zimbra last year but one user discovered only now that all his old attachments are broken.
Is there any possibility to fix this attachments now?
