Smile How to migrate from Ensim to Zimbra?

I am doing research on how to migrate user account, mail content, and addressbook from Ensim to Zimbra. If it is easy, I will persuade my client change to Zimbra. But I have no idea about exsiting user account, mail content, and address book migration issues. Does somebody give me some general idea? Thanks in advance.

There's a complete section in the wiki about migration.

However, if they can export their address book data in .csv format they can be imported into individual accounts. If they can connect to their current server with IMAP then IMAPSYNC will do what you need (detailed in the wiki). For the user account names then, again, if you can export that you can script their creating in ZImbra. Read the wiki and post again if you have questions about it.

Default Thank you very much for replying so soon.

I really have no experience about web mail system migration. So I want to know what should I know about Ensim? Could you please give me some guides like:

First step, what should I know about Ensim?
Second step, what should I do on Ensim?
Third step, What should I do on Zimbra?

Thanks a lot.
