Yes and Yes. The problem is: How do you want to integrate it, and will it be Useful if you do??

You can use postfix as an MTA/Relay
You can use LDAP as an external LDAP auth, or GAL.

It really depends on how you want to integrate it.

I need a web mail... Because most of our employees is on the move. they want to access there email anywhere.

I have a production postfix server and LDAP.

Question:
How can I use my existing LDAP as an external LDAP auth, or GAL?
Can I upgrade my existing postfix to zimbra? or install a new zimbra mail?

You use your existing LDAP as an external authentication source and/or GAL. You can't 'upgrade' your current postfix into Zimbra but you could move everything to Zimbra by using IMAPSYNC.
