Question options tab in client

I migrated from 4.5 to 4.5.5
Everything is fine, but I when clicking on the options tab in the email client nothing happens.
Mail, contacts and calendar are responding well but the options one is not.

Any clue?

Thanks

If you're using Firefox, can you check the Javascript console for any JS (*not* CSS) errors?

The error is:
Error: skins has no properties
Source File: http://myserver.com/zimbra/js/Ajax_a...v=070326145404
Line: 23788

which is:
ZmSettings.prototype._handleResponseLoadAvailableS kins=function(_12c7,_12c8){
var resp=_12c8.getResponse().GetAvailableSkinsResponse ;
var skins=resp.skin;
for(var i=0;i<skins.length;i++){
var name=skins[i].name;
this._settings[ZmSetting.AVAILABLE_SKINS].setValue(name);
}
if(_12c7){
_12c7.run();
}
};

It is really strange. It happens the same in firefox and explorer. All other tabs work expect "options"....
Any clue?

Which skin are you using?

Does the problem go away if you choose a new skin? You can pick a new default skin via admin console.

Hi pshah,
Looks like there is a problem in the admin console too. No themes are showing up. See attached screen capture.
How could it be that there is only the sand one installed??skinAdmin.jpg

Hmm.. looks like there's something screwy with your install. You can try to redeploy the web client? Run "ant clean prod-deploy" from the ZimbraWebClient directory and see if that makes any difference.

I'll ask around internally if anyone knows why you're seeing this.

I will try... but what is this exactly doing? is it reinstaling tomcat?
I'm asking because I use mod_jk and it is a pain to keep changing all the files manually everytime that I upgrade...

What are the steps redeploy? I don't see any ZimbraWebClient directory...
Thanks for you help.

You can run prod-deploy if you have the source code. And no, it does not reinstall tomcat. It simply re-packages the web client code and re-deploys it into the webapps folder of your tomcat install.

Another option is to check whether any of the other themes are indeed installed or not.

Append, "?debug=1" to the url of the admin console website. This will popup a debug window showing all client/server requests/responses.

Look for "GetAllConfigResponse". There should be multiple listings of "zimbraInstalledSkin" in the response. If not, then it may just be that you dont have the themes installed for some reason.

Not sure why this would happen if you have a clean copy of ZCS.

Having the same problem here. It only seems to be affecting members of one domain or COS though

Yeah, this is odd.

Can you change the default theme for the affected COS?

Also, you may wish to run the ./install.sh -s from the zcs installation directory.
