Default Data in Outlook not syncing to zimbra server

Hi, and thanks for reading my post. I have a client that moved from an exchange hosting provider to zimbra. I exported each users outlook to a .pst file on their respective desktops. Ran the outlook connector software to setup the connection to the zimbra server then imported the users data from the .pst. The problem is that the imported data does not show up via webmail which leads me to believe that the data has not made it to the zimbra server. I do not have any control over the previous exchange server. Please help me get the users data to the server. TIA.
-Brian

EDIT - Ok I just found the PST Import Wizard. I will use that and post the results (I'm sure it will work).

Is this still true? Also, what are the limits of the zimbra outlook connector when it comes to folder size.

One of our users is a heavy e-mailer and his folder was pushing 2GB. once it got close to this limit, it just stopped downloading new e-mail.

So we moved his mail over to an archive folder, but the problem persisted.
