Go to the Zimbra wiki and search for the word "sendmail", you could also search the forums for the same word.

I've already given you the answer to this question, go to the wiki and search for "sendmail", there are several scripts that tell you how to migrate your mail to a Zimbra server. You should ensure that your users must enter a new password on the Zimbra server and you should also enforce 'Secure' passwords to improve your security.

In future, do not post duplicate messages in the forums especially when you've already received an answer to your question.
    Regards
