Default how to migration data account and message in zimbra 7.0.1

hi every one, my name is pambudi,

I get trouble when you enter in zmcontrol cbpolicyd in zimbra 7, so that the ldap service could not walk, then I created a new with centos 6.4 and zimbra 8.0.4

I've done zimbra backup files with cp-Rp / opt / zimbra
I want to file accounts and message can be returned by either 8 with my zimbra to include files in a folder store, index, data folders and db, but could not.

if there is one file why can not account appear in zimbra 8??

    anyone can help?? please

This is in the wrong forum as it's not a question about Migrating to Zimbra, I'll move it to the correct forum.

For the simple reason that that's not how you move from one server to another. Was you old server a 32bit system? If it was then read the Zimbra Certified wiki article on how to move to a 64bit server, you should also search the wiki and the forums for further details on how to correctly backup your ZCS server and other solutions for moving your data to another server.

I don't know what you mean by "one file", there are potentially thousands of files in the /opt/zimbra directory structure.

yeah more than 1 file, maybe 500 account and message store almost 4 year, when i do copying to new server and start zmcontrol, no one account show up
