    Can I check if there is a possibility for us to do the above mentioned email messages migration?

    No, you can't. Squirrelmail is just a webmail front-end for a mail server and you've given not details on what type of mail server you're using. If, however, you have IMAP access to the server you can use IMAPSYNC to migrate the mail to an ZCS instance - search the forums and wiki for details on how to use IMAPSYNC and review that.
