We have a few internal users using ZCO with outlook 2007 (under XP and Vista). We'll release a beta either with 4.5 or in a 4.5 maintenance release.

We are augmenting our installer and provider to be outlook 2007/vista friendly. We agressively working on getting a beta out asap. If you look in bugzilla you'll see outlook 2007 bugs being filed and fixed.
