Kerio Connect 8 to ZCS 8.0.2

Hello friends,

One of our customer wants to migrate from Kerio Connect Mail Server 8.0 to ZCS NE 8.0.2.
The customer has over 3500+ mailboxes. Most users access only webmail, some use MS Outlook with Kerio Connecter.

From the Zimbra WiKi i found that imapsync is capable to transfer only mails (Mail Migration - Zimbra :: Wiki)

While doing a test, first time it transferred fine(with all folders), but subsequent runs are giving errors. please see the attached log.

can anyone guide me to do a transfer properly?

I need to transfer mails (all folders),contacts and calenders+tasks.

The likely answer to your question is that there's an email that exceeds the maximum upload size, see the following: +imapsync +"couldn't append" - Yahoo! Search Results

For Contacts & Calendar you'have to export/import the (I don't think you can do Tasks but I might be wrong on that), see the following: Search results for "migration" - Zimbra :: Wiki

Oops, There was a domain quota set in the Zimbra side.

If, by that, you mean the changes to the first post I'd suggest you change your password to something more secure.
