Default Microsoft Outlook issue with Zimbra and Exchange

We have installed Zimbra Network edition [ trial] and the users are connecting to the server through the outlook connector.
Currently the customer is using MS Exchange. Every user has two profiles in their outlook [ Zimbra profile & Exchange profile] the zimbra profile works fine and does not have a problem.
When using the exchange profile user can send and receive mails without a problem, however when trying to reply a received message or when trying to forward a message, outlook crashes and asks to restart outlook.
When zimbra or exchange use independently on a single PC, it working without any issue. when you use both profiles together it gives the problem on the exchange profile, after installing the outlook connector for zimbra.
I installed the latest MS updates and reinstalled the outlook connector, but the problem persists.
Then I created some logs and those are attached for your reference.

Please help us on this issue. We can't lose this deal for MS Exchange

Try disabling the add-ins. If that doesn't work, contact Zimbra support.

The only thing that *could* interfere with the exchange profiles are the add-ins ZCO installs. There are 2. If you disable them and still experience problems, some other software must be the culprit.
  1. Start Outlook 2003.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  3. On the Other tab:
    • Remove COM add-ins. To do this, follow these steps:
      1. Click Advanced Options.
      2. In the Advanced Options dialog box, click COM Add-ins.
      3. In the Add-Ins available list, click to clear the check box for any Zimbra add-ins that are installed.
      4. Click OK to close the COM Add-Ins dialog box.
    • Remove add-ins in the Add-In Manager. To do this, follow these steps:
      1. Click Add-In Manager.
      2. Click to clear the check box of any installed Zimbra add-ins that are listed in the Add-In Manager dialog box.
      3. Click OK.
  4. Click OK to close the Advanced Options dialog box.
  5. Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

Default The Current Situation

Hi Sam,

As you have adviced, i have chacked the two parts in the MS Outlook options. But only the Add-In Manager part was available. COM Add-In was not there.
I have clear the text box for Zimbra in the Add-In Manager, Now the problem comes in the Zimbra Profile. Exchange Profile works well now.

How should i proceed further.
Please advice.

Best Regards

Dinendra

Please file a bug in bugzilla. Make sure to include detailed information about what the problem is and how to reproduce it.

In the meantime, when you use your exchange profile, the add-ins must be disabled.

What problems to you get with the zimbra profile?
