Sync “Search Folders” from outlook

Is there anyway to sync Outlook’s “Search Folders” with Zimbra?

I want my users to be able to use queries to find email (like how Google’s Gmail does it with Labels)

In other words, is it possible set up permanent search filters that find emails within multiple folders? The only filtering feature I found in Zimbra is the basic filter option that redirects incoming mail to a specific folder.

Lastly, would a Zimlet make this possible if Zimbra itself does not support this feature?

Certainly! Run a search, then hit the "save the current search" button in the top toolbar. (It looks like a floppy disk, lust to the left of "Advanced Search".) Once you've saved a search, it'll appear in the folder list at left.

Perfect-- It syncs with outlook also!
