Question zimbra 3 to zimbra 4 migration

I've just installed zimbra 4 in the new server, and I am planning to migrate all users and mailbox from old zimbra 3 server to the new server (with zimbra 4 installed on it). Is there any tool to do that? I've read about imapsync, and I have tried it. But it need password from each users which is imposible for me.

Have you thought about trying to use the "Upgrade" feature during Install rather than Installing a fresh copy and then migrating?

I have been moving my Open Source installation forward since Zimbra's early Beta released, and I have never used anything other than "Upgrade", and that includes moving from FC3 to FC5 on different servers.

If you need to keep the passwords the most seemless way to do it is install the same version on the new server. Copy over /opt/zimbra from the old server then upgrade to 4.

Or upgrade the old server to 4 install 4 on the new one and then copy /opt/zimbra.

If passwords aren't required imapsync is the nicest way.
