Migrating from Exchange 2003

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to migrating from MS Exchange 2003 by using ZCSExchangeMigrationWizard-7.1.4.6356.exe

When I start the migration of an account the wizard import the user account but "import in progess" doesn't start and the mailbox import doesn't start- The CPU is used by this process at 50-55% for many hours without any progress?

The log isn't written.

How could I do '
